'Dance Moms' Spoilers: Season 7B Dance Performance Is Abby Lee Miller-Inspired Theme; Nia Frazier Joins Season 8
Abby Lee Miller is out from "Dance Moms" as a lead instructor and choreographer following her bankruptcy fraud case. Many of her fans were left saddened by her situation and her departure from Lifetime's dance reality series received mixed reactions from those who have been following the series. It can be recalled that the lead choreographer bluntly announced on social media as to how the producers mistreated and disrespected her although the showrunners have said that she can still return to the show anytime. Now, recent reports say that season 7B will showcase a performance inspired by Miller.
Earlier reports from Celebeat suggest that "Dance Moms" season 7B will return this month as revealed by one of the series' sources on Instagram. This is yet to be confirmed by the showrunners but reports say that once the season premieres, fans can expect a court-themed dance performance. It is said that this performance is inspired by Miller as she goes to prison following her fraud case by hiding almost $800 million of her net worth in the series including her other projects.
Additionally, the succeeding episodes of "Dance Moms" season 7B are expected to showcase Chloe Lukasiak's cameo appearance. Miller would still star in this season but there will be new teams as well as new guest mentors to be introduced replacing her while she was away in the previous months. Cheryl Burke is expected to appear this season as she was tapped as the new lead choreographer.
Meanwhile "Dance Moms" season 8 will reportedly have a full cast reboot, leaving fans disappointed. It is said that fans might boycott the show if The Irreplaceables and the Junior Elites will not be part of the new installment already. Photos show the girls were being emotional in what they say as their last day as a group.
Nonetheless, Nia Frazier's mom, Dr. Holly Hatcher-Frazier said that "Dance Moms" has inspired them apart from gaining a lot of friends from the series. "There are 10 new episodes, and I think they are probably some of our best episodes ever and I think Nia is probably the glue to that group," she told Pittsburgh CBS Local. Nia is the only original member that is heading to season 8, which premieres in August.
