Prince William Hesitant To Attend LGBT Awards: Will Kate Middleton Convince her Husband to take her to the ceremony

Prince William is hesitant to attend LGBT Awards. New reports indicate that Kensington Palace is even pushing for William to attend the award ceremony which will take place on Friday, May 12 in London.

In fact, one insider has told Britain Daily Star that Prince William's attendance can help straitened his connection with LGBT community. The ceremony is considered to be the UK's the most publicized LGBT event. Tables are extremely limited and usually sold out with within the month of the announcement.

Past winners of the Straight Ally Award include Alan Carr, Stephen Fry and many others. The source told the publication that Prince William has become an unexpected supporter of the LGBT community after he was openly speaking against homophobic bullying. That kind of "alliance" could enable him to get the British LGBT Award.

Prince William is also the first member of the Royal Family to appear on the cover of The Advocate Magazine back in 2016. It was one of the Advocate's best-selling issues of all time. He told the publication that no one deserves to be bullied for their sexuality or for any other reason for that matter. And he even opened his home Kensington Palace to a group of people who have been the victims of homophobic bullying.

Prince William hasn't told anything about his Award nomination or will he be attending LGBT Awards. Many Royal insiders can't help but wonder if he will be willing to bring his wife Kate Middleton to the Award ceremony. The Duchess of Cambridge has made no secret that she loves attending red carpet events more than anything else, according to reports.

There is a good chance that she will end up stealing the spotlight the same way she did at the BAFTA Award this year. Then again, Prince William knows that he won't be able to attend the Award ceremony without Kate Middleton by his side. She will do whatever she can to make sure that she will be there, whether he likes it or not.

So far, Kensington Palace has not made any comments about Prince William's nomination or if he will be attending the Award ceremony. Tell us you're your thoughts in the comment section below.
