Eminem New Album 2017 Update: ‘Lose Yourself’ Rapper Set To Release New Record In August?
It has been years since Eminem released a new album in the market, but it looks like 2017 will be a year to mark as the 44-year-old rapper's comeback. The "Rap God" rapper previously confirmed that he is working on a new album and many believe that all signs are pointing towards an August release.
Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, is expected to be releasing a new album this 2017. The "Lose Yourself" rapper previously confirmed that he is working on a new record through a post on Twitter in 2016.
Eminem dropped a new single entitled "Campaign Speech" alongside the announcement to serve as a treat to fans who have been waiting since 2013 for a new record. Since it has been a few months since the rapper's announcement, many fans believe that Eminem is all set to release the album in August.
For instance, Eminem previously shared on his Instagram page that he will be doing a tour in Europe wherein he will be headlining the Glasgow Summer Sessions. According to the "Love the Way You Lie" rapper, he will be appearing on the show on Aug. 24 at Bellahouston Park.
Daily Detroit also notes that Eminem is fuelling speculations about a 2017 album release after being spotted with his longtime manager, Paul Rosenberg. According to the publication, Rosenberg shared a photo together with Eminem on his social media account.
While the post may be nothing more than just a continuation of Rosenberg's #7ElevenSeries, many believe that this is an indication that Eminem is already in the middle of production for his new album. Several fans have even zoomed in to the writing on Eminem's hand, which many believe says April 9, as a hint on the album's release, but the date has already passed and Eminem has not dropped a new record.
