The sentencing of former "Power Rangers" actor Ricardo Media Jr. has shocked fans and public as the star gets mere six years of imprisonment for taking someone's life. The public figure has been sentenced on March 30 after being found guilty of murdering his roommate.
Ricardo Medina Jr. admitted to killing 36-year-old Josh Sutter, who shared a room with him, Hollywood Life stated. He used a sword to stab him with a sword and also pleaded guilty to charges of voluntary manslaughter. The actor admitted his wrongdoing on March 16 while the court could only decide on his sentencing after almost a fortnight.
The shocking imprisonment of mere six years has invited online comments and mention to the actor. The six-year jail term for taking one's life has come as a huge shock for not only the rest of the public but also for Ricardo Medina Jr. fans.

On the other hand, another comment called the judgment "pathetic" and stated that Ricardo Medina Jr. should get a life imprisonment.
Life imprisonment is what is expected if someone if found guilty of murdering a person. But six years of jail term seems an unsatisfactory and inappropriate decision. Fox News cited the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office as the source of information regarding what led to the murder. According to the attorney office, Ricardo Medina Jr. killed his roommate following a heated argument between the two, involving Ricardo's girlfriend.
Ricardo Medina Jr. became popular 15 years ago when he played the Red Ranger on the "Power Rangers Wild Force" series. He once again came as a ranger in "Power Rangers Samurai" and "Power Rangers Super Samurai" in the 2011-2012 reboots.
