Girls' Generation 2017: Will Jessica Join Taeyeon, Yoona & The Rest Of The K-Pop Group's 10th Year Anniversary Special?
Girls' Generation was formed back in 2007 and captured everyone's hearts with their amazing voices and sexy and cute dance moves. Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun will mark their 10th year anniversary this 2017 and the popular K-pop girl group are going to make a special project for their loyal fans. But will their former member, Jessica, be a part of it too?
Koreaboo reported that S.M. Entertainment's Girls' Generation will be doing a monthly project before they officially mark their 10th year anniversary in the business. The said event will be fittingly called, "monthly Girls' Generation" project, which will be released in late late July or early August.
While other K-pop groups suddenly vanish from the scene and disband, but the eight-member girl group successfully reached their career's amazing milestone. However, it's not all rainbows and butterflies for Girls' Generation as one of their original members, Jessica, left the group in 2014.
Since Jessica was also a part of Girls' Generation's success, one fan wondered if she the 27-year-old singer, actress, and model will also join her former group for the special project. "I just hope that they will include Jessica in their tenth [anniversary] concerts," the fan wrote. "I mean she also contributed on GG's success right? Beside she is and forever be a SNSD member."
While many agreed to the fan's request, there were also who said that it's not going to happen since she's not a part of the group anymore. There is still no official announcement if Jessica will indeed be a part of the "monthly Girls' Generation" project, but for now, fans can catch Yoona and Hyoyeon on the very first segment of the special project, since both girls are going to release their solo albums soon.
