Amanda Seyfried Demands Website to Take Down Her Leaked Nude Photos

Amanda Seyfriend is the latest victim of celebrities whose nude photos leaked online. Her lawyers has sent the letter to website to take down her leaked nude photos.

In respond to the leaked photo, according to TMZ, her legal team sent a letter to Celeb Jihad website to take down her leaked nude photos on Wednesday, March 15. Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz law firm that represent Seyfried stated that those pictures were taken illegally by the third party and published without her consent.

"Your unauthorized use and distribution of the Seyfried Photographs constitutes, at a minimum, copyright infringement," the letter from her attorney read. The lawyer also noted that the publication of unauthorized photos is the violation of Seyfried's right of privacy. Such violation can be sued under applicable law in either state or common law.

The lawyers warned that they will take all necessary steps against the Celeb Jihad to protect Seyfried's right as her client. However, the law firm declined to make any further comments as reported by Fox News.

The leaked photos of Seyfried consist of 22 pictures that showed her in nudity and performing sexual acts with her then-boyfriend Justin Long. The leaked was dubbed as Fappening 2.0 and included pictures from other celebrities such as Emma Watson, Lucy Hale and Mischa Barton.

This leaked incident of Seyfried's personal pictures is the latest of the series of leaked photos and videos of celebrities. The first leaked began in a massive amount in August 2014, when hundreds of very private photos and videos from celebrities were leaked online. Hackers allegedly made a successful tap into the Apple's computing server the iCloud and obtain the photos.

Some of the celebrities who became the victims of the first incident called "The Fappening" are Jennifer Lawrence, photo model Kate Upton, actress Kaley Cuoco and many others. Seyfried who became one of the victims of the second incident immediately takes legal action through her lawyer. As for now, the website has taken down the photos of her.
