Kellyanne Conway is Ridiculed for Her Comment of Microwave Surveillance Camera
President Trump Counselor Kellyanne Conway is being ridiculed for some of her recent statements. One of the hilarious ones is the microwave camera.
Comic and TV host Stephen Colbert mocked Conway on his show "Late Show with Stephen Colbert" on Tuesday, March 14 as reported by USA Today. Colbert's show, which has more focus on the political issue than other late night show, made fun of her remark on the surveillance and wiretapping.
"It's true, Microwaves that turn into cameras," Colbert said in his comical face. He then asked the question, "How do you think we film this show?"
Afterward, the camera turned into microwave oven sitting on a tripod. Colbert also ridiculed Conway in her latest remark about that she was not inspector Gadget. The 52-year-old host said that compared to many gadgets that Inspector Gadget can deploy, Conway only had one move, which is to deploy an alternate fact.
Her hilarious remark about microwave surveillance was said during her interview with
NorthJersey. During an interview with columnist Mike Kelly, she reiterated that the allegation about surveillance that was stated by President Trump may be broader than what he suggested.
In an interview at her home in Alpine, New Jersey, she said that there are many ways for the surveillance to be conducted. Conway said that one of them is by tapping the phone, television and also by microwaves that could become a camera.
The former campaign manager for President Trump also encouraged Congress to initiate an official investigation about alleged wiretapping conducted by Obama administration to Trump during the presidential campaign. Conway said the investigation may uncover the fact of Russian intelligence operatives that was put to influence the presidential election last November.
Following the interview, many people mocked her about her remark. They also mocked her photo which was placed on the side table in her house.
