Boyd Holbrook 2017: 'Logan' Star Not Returning In 'Narcos' Season 3? Pedro Pascal Shoots Solo As Steve Murphy Films 'Predator'
Boyd Holbrook is certainly hot at the moment for playing the villainous Donald Pierce in the Hugh Jackman flick "Logan". There is little doubt that the "Gone Girl" star will appear in more films in the future. But is it possible that Holbrook will not return in "Narcos" Season 3? Fans are concerned that Pedro Pascal has already started filming for the Netflix series but Holbrook is nowhere to be found.
The third season of "Narcos" has officially started filming and fans are certainly excited for Pedro Pascal's return as Javier Pena. However, it looks like the "Game of Thrones" alum is shooting scenes without usual costar Boyd Holbrook. Has the "Logan" star's Steve Murphy been written out of the Netflix show following the death of Pablo Escobar in the second season?
Just Jared recently spotted Pedro Pascal working hard on the set of "Narcos" Season 3. The report confirms that the "Game of Thrones" actor is back in Colombia with new costar Miguel Angel Silvestre. Pascal even shared a photo with the "Sense 8" Season 2 star on his Instagram account. However, there is still no sign of Boyd Holbrook, who played Steve Murphy in the first and second season. Has the "Logan" star opted to work on "The Predator" instead?
It looks like Boyd Holbrook is currently too far away from the "Narcos" Season 3 set in Colombia. Director Shane Black has recently announced on Twitter that "The Predator" has started filming in Vancouver. Unfortunately, this means that Holbrook, who will play the lead character, might be unable to work with Pedro Pascal on the Netflix series. Nevertheless, there is hope that Steve Murphy might still appear in a few episodes.
