Kylie Jenner: Kourtney Kardashian Returns to Normal Following Nude Photoshoot
Kourtney Kardashian takes her fans back to her October 2015 nude photoshoot in the newest episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." The BTS footage of that controversial shoot showed that the reality star, just like her sisters, have no qualms baring it all in front of the cameras. After all the fuss towards her highly talked-about pictorial, the eldest Kardashian sister wnet back to normal like nothing happened.
According to the Daily Mirror, on the latest epside of "Keeping up with the Kardashians," Kourtney revealed what was running on her mind when she agreed to do the nude shoot. "I got asked to pose for this nude shoot which is going to be in a fine art gallery. I work out every single day so I feel like, why not?" she said.
Her body was indeed a sight to behold, proving how much effort she put in to becoming fitter. Her photographer Smith could not agree more. On the episode, Smith even said that one of his goals was to make Khloe and Kim Kardashian, Kourtney's sisters envious. "You'll be pleasantly surprised how nice your ass is going to look. We want to make your sisters jealous."
The episode also showed that Kourtney's half-sister Kylie Jenner actually accompanied her on the shoot. Kylie revealed that doing the shoot made the old Kourtney she knew come back, the Kourtney who still laughs and focuses on herself.
Last year, the mother of three went through a hard time when she and her partner of almost a decade split up. After months of being angry and sad though, she shocked her fans by agreeing to do a nude photoshoot, especially because she was always thought to be the conservative one among the Kardashian sisters. Unlike her sisters though, she did not just pose nude just for the sake it.
The reality star posed for photographer Brian Bowen Smith's "Metallic Life" series, with the main goal of capturing the "vulnerability and true nature" of the photographer's subjects. The photos were put on display at the De Re Gallery in Los Angeles. Vanity Fair published these photos, claiming they were unlike any nude photographs published before. The photos were printed on metallic paper and presented in the gallery with no glass. Kourtney herself tweeted these photos, saying how much she enjoyed being part of the project.
