Sony Announces Thinner than iPhone 6 UHD 4K TV's; To Be Launched this Summer

In yet another move to cater to the 'Thin is Beautiful', the electronics giant Sony has announced a super thin variant of televisions. The Japanese electronics giant has decided to launch this 0.2 inches thick television this summer, which is thinner than the latest Apple variant, iPhone 6.

Moreover, the strategic launch is all set to liven up the summer months for vacationers worldwide for the new TV would make the edges vanish as it is switched on proving its users an out of the world experience.

Moreover, the Mashable reports that this gadget would be launched in two models namely X900C which would be available in both 55 inch and 65 inch sizes while X910C would be adorning a full 75 inch display. Furthermore, the devices are all set to revolutionize the viewing experience with altogether closer fitting with the walls, hence, would be perfect to adorn the living room walls.

However, whilst the top half of the television boasts of a razor thin exterior, the bottom half has a slightly thicker exterior to account for the provision of HDMI and USB ports. Furthermore, these UHD TV's house the all new X1 processor, providing a plethora of colors for the viewers complemented by its 3840 X 2160 resolution. Moreover, reports by The Next Digit suggest that the television would also provide access to Google Play, Netflix, Youtube and much more.

However, this is only the first time that Sony has decided to provide an edge to edge screen but experts believe that it could give Samsung a run for its money. Moreover, the users of Smart TV's by Samsung have filed a number of complaints owing to its slow performance and lack of apps.

The price at which this device would be available hasn't been announced by Sony yet.
