GoPro Hero Used by NASA Astronauts in Filming Spacewalk
NASA recently sent astronauts in outer space to do some work on the ISS (International Space Station) and while working was able to take some videos which are stunningly beautiful as per report of Huffington Post news.
According to Barry Wilmore and Terry Virts, the two trained NASA astronauts who were part of the voyage were carrying a GoPro camera with them and used it to document the work they were doing. It was part of their duty to take photos or video to show how hard yet exciting it is to be working in outer space.
When they ventured out of the space shuttle and worked outside of ISS fixing the satellite's exterior, they brought the GoPro camera and took footages. The result of the footage was spectacular and stunning as the astronauts was seen completing their extravehicular activity work. The GoPro gave justice to the splendor of space and how vivid the video was considering they were in outer space.
Last week, the said first footage taken by the astronauts using the GoPro camera was uploaded in social media sites and it has become viral as the viewers were able to see clearly the satellite and the beauty of space. The second one was seen when the astronauts were installing the equipment used for communication on the floating commercial spacecraft.
It was also stated that the spacewalk was the last as scheduled at the ISS as NASA has reported recently.
The video shown was considered out-of-this-world as it captured the clear and vivid clearness and real-life pictures using the GoPro camera. It only means that even in outer space, the GoPro camera works well.
