The highly anticipated Steven Spielberg film Jurassic World released their new extended promo trailer on Sunday (Feb 1) during the Super Bowl. The Universal Pictures film stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio and Nick Robinson. You can check out the new trailer above.

Steven Spielberg has returned to executive produce the long-awaited next installment of his groundbreaking Jurassic Park series, Jurassic World. Colin Trevorrow is directing the new film from a screenplay he wrote with Derek Connolly. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley join the team as producers.

Plot: Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. This new park is owned by the Masrani Corporation. Owen (Chris Pratt), a member of Jurassic World's on-site staff, conducts behavioral research on the Velociraptors, but things go awry when the research team accidentally unleashes a genetically-modified hybrid dinosaur into the park.

Jurassic World is set to be released in 3D and IMAX from Universal Pictures on June 12, 2015. It is expected to be the 2015 Summer blockbuster!

Jurassic World is the fourth installment in the Jurassic Park film series. The film has been in development for over a decade since the release of Jurassic Park III in 2001. The film was initially scheduled to be released on June 13, 2014, but production was temporarily halted due to a disagreement between writers and Universal Studios regarding the film's script and direction.

Are you excited about the Jurassic Park franchise moving forward or do you think it is a bad idea to bring it back? Either way, we think the film will gross huge numbers of people going to check it out when it hits theaters.
