The storage capacity of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 allows 16/32 GB of internal storage model whereas Sony Z3 tablet allows only 16GB model. For both of them the storage space is expandable to 128GB by additional microSD card slot. The RAM memory is backed with 3GB of RAM in both of them.
