'Nashville' Season 3 Returns in Feb with Hayden Panettiere’s Juliette As New wife and Mother & Deacon Beating Up Luke
ABC's Nashville Season 3 episode 11 which airs February 4, Wednesday, at its 10:00 pm time slot is titled "I'm Not That Good at Goodbye." Directed by Jan Eliasberg from a script written by Debra Fordham, the network's teaser for the upcoming installment in the musical drama TV series reads: "The wedding is off, but the drama is fully on!"
ABC also released a promo clip for episode 11 which according to On The Flix "gives us new looks at Deacon finally beating the ever living shit out of Luke after Luke is seen, just running over a whole bunch of stuff in a nasty anger fit. Rayna is spotted coming back to Deacon again for like the umpteenth time."
As seen Nashville's mid-season finale which aired December 10, Rayna decided not to go through with her marriage with Luke Wheeler. She started feeling conflicted about leaving their kids to go out on the road again after she discovered that Luke has been making parenting decisions without her. She also started thinking about her own future. Elsewhere, Gunner learned that Micah is really his brother's son, and Sadie got a visit from an ex. Still elsewhere, Juliette asked Avery to move into her place to ease logistics after their daughter is born. After some soul-searching, the dad-to-be proposed, and they were married in a quiet civil ceremony. Incidentally, Hayden Panettiere who plays Juliette and whose real-life pregnancy was incorporated into the series, gave birth to her daughter the day before this episode aired.
Nashville boasts of an ensemble cast that includes Panettiere as Juliette, Connie Britton as Rayna James, Clare Bowen as Scarlet O'Connor, Chris Carmak as Will Lexington, Will Chase as Luke Wheeler, Eric Close as Teddy Conrad, Charles Esten as Deacon Clayborne, Oliver Hudson as Jeff Fordham, Jonathan Jackson as Avery Barkley, Sam Palladio as Gunnar Scott, Lennon Stella as Maddie Conrad, and Maisy Stella as Daphne Conrad.
