Halle Berry’s husband starts up a scene at LAX
2015 seemed to start off in a rowdy act for actress Halle Berry as her husband, Oliver Martinez, is to face battering charges after starting up a ruckus recently at the Tom Bradley International Terminal.
The French actor allegedly hit a contract airport staff member with a child's care seat. According to TMZ, the couple along with their two children Maceo and Nahla were seen to be walking out of the airport terminal with Martinez holding the car seat and the police were busy with crowd control. Soon enough Martinez shoves the employee with the car seat. In another video footage, it was seen that the said employee was prepping up to take a photo of the family because of his untimely encounter with the family patriarch. Soon after the family hurried to exit the airport but they were still hounded by photographers. Meanwhile, the victim approached one of the airport security and reportedly said that he will be pressing charges against Martinez. Ouch!
LA Times quotes LAX police that "a celebrity family leaving the Tom Bradley International terminal, required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close to the family to take photos" confirming that the couple were indeed Berry and Martinez. "The male celebrity was carrying an empty baby car seat in his arms and reportedly shoved it against the contract airport employee causing him to fall backwards. The employee received treatment on scene and was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. Airport Police took a report for battery and the family continued with they travel plans," quotes E!
This won't be the first time the X-men star's beau was caught in the crossfire. In November 2012, he found himself in the hospital after getting into a fight with Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry.
