After some spoilers and rumors from the recent release of the Star Wars trailer, especially that of British actor Benedict Cumberbatch who was rumored to play a major role in the film, there are yet another rumors milling in for the upcoming sequel.
According to actor Oscar Isaac who plays Poe Dameron in the movie had said that leaks basically amount to spoilers, "I can't speak for the cast and crew, I can just speak for myself, but for me I thought, 'Don't you want to wait so you can get the real thing?'", as reported by The Inquisitr.
He also explained that certain Star Wars leaks and rumors do generate excitement for the upcoming film, "I don't think these little leaks necessarily ruined watching the trailer. And also, the plot theories that get that formulated based on these things - they couldn't be more far off-base," the 34-year-old actor explained.
Is Aaron Paul confirmed to play as the young Hans Solo? Is Luke Skywalker really an evil robot who has fallen to the Force's dark side? Will banned Russian band Pussy Riot be in the upcoming Star Wars film, potentially playing as a cantina band? These are just a few of the rumors that have yet to be proven or debunked.
Isaac also explained that security is very tight in terms of any leaks and the staff is ultra-tight to prevent any leaks that will start rumors.
