Survivor: Worlds Apart is the upcoming 30th season of the American CBS competitive reality television series Survivor, which will premiere on February 25, 2015. It will feature three tribes of six new players divided by social class: white collar, blue collar, and no collar.

The cast is composed of 18 new players, initially split into three tribes containing six members each: Escameca (Blue Collar), Masaya (White Collar), and Nagarote (No Collar).

The host of the long-running reality show, Jeff Probst, sat down with Xfinity recently and was asked how the concept of the Blue Collar vs. White Collar vs. No Collar works.

"The truth is; we had our cast together, but we didn't have a theme. And everyone's trying to think of a theme, and I just had the cards spread out on a table, and I kept coming back to Brains, Brawn, and Beauty. We had the perfect blend for that, but we didn't want to do that again. So, kind of what you do is you just pair them together and you're like, "We'll these two could go together, and what about her? And this guy over here..." Probst commented.

According to a synopsis of the show from Toronto Sun: With a 90-minute premiere on Feb. 25, the three tribes made up of 18 new players will begin their fight for the $1-million prize and title of sole survivor in the season that host Jeff Probst has claimed to be one of his "favorite seasons of all time."

After a decade and a half on the air, the show's ability to transform and evolve has kept it afloat thus far. Here's hoping that season 30's class warfare is precisely what the game needs to keep on surviving.
