Avengers Age of Ultron: The Iconic Avengers Line-Up will be different at the end of the film
The Avengers are back! Earth's mightiest heroes are assembling once again to protect the world.
But what will the future hold for the Avengers?
In the coming sequel, Ultron was said to have been created by Tony Stark himself and the 7" robot turned against him. In a recent interview with Mark Ruffalo, who plays Bruce Banner aka The Hulk, he mentioned that he had a hand in Ultron's creation.
According to MovieWeb, "Banner's been living in Stark Tower. They've been working side by side and Bruce has his own lab now. He's doing work that augments Tony's own, which could lead to an experiment going wrong," as explained by Ruffalo. There will also be some Banner vs Stark conflicts in the movie.
Ruffalo also hinted that Banner's relationship with Natasha Romanoff will grow stronger throughout the sequel. And some identity conflicts with his alter-ego the Green Goliath monster will add spice to the film. Ruffalo had been praised by critics in playing The Hulk from the movie's predecessor.
Director Joss Whedon confirmed too that there will be plenty of "goofy stuff" in store for the fans, as revealed by Ruffalo, stating, "What Joss is going after is really big. But there's still lots of laughs. There's some goofy stuff. I mean, it's Whedon!"
This sequel is much darker from its predecessor, according to some fans. One thing that we know for sure is that nothing will be the same again after Age of Ultron. Kevin Feige, the President of Marvel Studios, has confirmed widespread rumors that the iconic lineup will look different at the end of the highly-anticipated 2015 sequel.
By the next Avengers, the plot will adapt Marvel Comics' Civil War storyline for the big screen. This means that the US government passes a Superhero Registration Act which requires all gifted and heroically inclined individuals to work under their rule - like police officers.
Marvel will surely entertain fans for many years to come with many films lining up.
Avengers: Age of Ultron will be shown on May 1, 2015.
