Celebrity body news: Actress Kate Hudson admits what we knew all along: there is no secret to looking great, one has to work hard for it!
The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actress admitted to Kate Hudson Admits to Working Her "Ass Off" to Get in Shape, Says There Is No Other "Secret" to Looking Good as she graced her mom Goldie Hawn's charity event, Love In For Kids on Nov. 21, that she works her "ass off" to stay in shape.
Sharing that she loves a "real serious double double burger, fries, and Coke," the 35 year old Hudson says she spends hours in the gym to maintain her celebrity physique.
"You [have to] work your ass off, that's the only way. [And] you have to eat right," Hudson said.
"Everybody wants some sort of secret and there just isn't, it's just you have to work out."
The mom of two, has also practiced Pilates for the last 15 years. She notes that it's important to have a consistent workout routine.
Hudson also adds in a cleansing session to her regimen. "I've eaten in all sorts of different ways over the years. I like to do juice cleanses twice a year for five to seven days, or food elimination cleanses where I just eat super clean," she said, in an interview with Shape magazine.
But she still indulges every now and then. She revealed she love food, bread and pasta.
