Bethenny Frankel On 'RHONY' Return: "I'm Never a Housewife When I'm a Housewife!"
Frankel confirmed her return to The Real Housewives of New York City on Monday, Oct. 20, following months of rumors regarding the possibility. After she did, Radar Online reported her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, was planning to take her to court to prevent their daughter from appearing on the reality show.
In the report, it was alleged Hoppy was unhappy with Frankel's return to The Real Housewives of New York City, and felt that his daughter wouldn't benefit from being on the show. However, a source also claimed he didn't have a leg to stand on because Bryn appeared on his and Frankel's spinoff series, Bethenny Getting Married? and Bethenny Ever After.
As for the new season, a source told E! things are just getting started.
"Filming has just started, so there hasn't been any major drama yet," a source said of the new season. "Everyone's still warming up to each other again. Bethenny and Luann [de Lesseps], who have had words in the past, are actually getting along great."
