'Chrisley Knows Best' Season Two News: Todd Gives Boys 'The Final Approval' Before Taking Daughter Savannah Out [VIDEO]
Savannah Chrisley is growing up, and it looks like her family is having a hard time growing with her.
Todd Chrisley Set To Appear On WWE's 'RAW'
In last night's season premiere of USA Network's Chrisley Knows Best, audiences saw Todd's youngest daughter ask permission to date a boy three years older than her. Needless to say, the "Patriarch of Patience" was not pleased.
"For 16 years, I've dreaded this moment. He's 19 and you're 16... It's a huge difference from a man to a young lady," he said, according to an Oct. 14 report by Hollywood Life.
Savannah Chrisley Reveals Her Favorite Beauty Secrets
Julie Chrisley wasn't as concerned, but brother Chase, 17, said the relationship would be "illegal" in the States. The beauty queen's family didn't totally have her back, but that does not mean they do not support her first dating endeavors. Todd says he will allow his daughter to date, but only with his seal of approval.
"I get the final approval. They better come inside," he told PEOPLE Magazine on Oct. 14. Although he relies on "prayer and patience" to adapt to Savannah entering the world of men, he revealed he had faith she can make the right decisions.
"My concern is how well did I do in raising her. I'm very confidant in who she is," he said.
Now that Chrisley Knows Best has entered its second season, Todd is concerned more guys will gravitate towards his daughter. However, he has no fears that the fame will get to his family's head.
"We don't use the term 'celebrity' in our home. Because we're not. We are just someone that the world is excited about for a moment," he said.
