Ramona Singer To Appear On 'Millionaire Matchmaker'
On Sept. 5, Us Weekly reported Singer had been demoted on The Real Housewives of New York City. Although Singer had been an official housewife since the show's start, season seven will reportedly see her in a recurring role, meaning fans will not see her on every episode. In addition, Bravo allegedly fired Aviva Drescher, who had refused to participate in a couple of cast trips last season.
"Bravo is casting the show around Heather Thomson and Kristen Taekman and Carole Radziwill," an insider told the magazine. "[When] Ramona carried the show, that is why ratings plummeted, they think."
Also said to be returning to the series' seventh season is LuAnn de Lesseps. Following the series' fifth season, De Lesseps was demoted to a recurring role. However, according to reports, De Lesseps will return to her full-time role for season seven.
Bravo has yet to confirm or deny the recent casting rumors.
