A timeline of the emergency responses to Joan Rivers' cardiac arrest has emerged.

The comedienne died suddenly last week after complications from a routine procedure at New York City's Yorkville Endoscopy.
CNN has obtained the timeline of the emergency response on Sept. 12 from a New York City official:
Joan Rivers, Yorkville Enoscopy: 'Biopsy Of The Vocal Cords Has Never Been Performed'
9:40 a.m.: Yorkville Clinic calls 911 reporting that a patient is in cardiac arrest. The call was given the segment one highest priority code, according to CNN's source.
9:45 a.m.: CPR efforts on Rivers already started with the defibrillator attached and a breathing tube inserted into her lungs. The New York Fire Department response team arrived, and took over the CPR efforts, the source said.
9:47 a.m.: An ambulance from Mount Sinai Hospital arrives at the clinic, whose team joins the CPR efforts.
9:48 a.m.: A second NYFD unit with Emergency Medical Technicians arrives at the clinic, said CNN's source.
9:50 a.m.: A total of 10 rescue workers on the scene
The mystery surrounding Rivers' death has brought forth speculation regarding what procedure was performed at Yorkville Endoscopy that morning, and who performed it.
According to reports, Rivers' underwent an unauthorized throat biopsy by an unauthorized E.N.T. doctor.
However, the clinic's statement read, "A biopsy of the vocal cords has never been performed at Yorkville Endoscopy," said CNN.
Few answers have been made public because of medical privacy rules, but investigations are still ongoing.
