Kendall Jenner Advised To Quit 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians'
On Wednesday, reports surfaced, claiming the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had completely won over the film's director, Sam Taylor-Wood, and is now in talks to play a role in the film.
"She’s fascinated by [Kendall] and expressed interest in her appearing in the first film but it didn’t happen,” a source close to the director revealed to Grazia Magazine, via a Sept. 3 report by In Touch Weekly. The source also claimed Jenner met with the production team at Universal Studios in California.
Kendall Jenner Drops Her Famous Last Name
Kendall began her acting career in 2012 when she appeared on Hawaii Five-0 as AJ. That same year, Kendall made a guest appearance on America's Next Top Model's 18th season. Two years later, Kendall co-hosted the MuchMusic Video Awards with her younger sister, Kylie.
Kendall has certainly done more than just reality TV and these days, Keeping Up With The Kardashians isn't her top priority. Instead, she's focused on her modeling career, which has taken off in recent years.
That being said, she previously revealed her interest in pursing a career in acting, as well.
“Acting is something I would regret not giving a chance when I’m older, so I would love to try it and see if I like it,” Kendall told Marie Claire Mexico earlier this year. “I used to do plays in school and then in my community. I would participate in all of them ‘til I was 13.”
