LeAnn Rimes Birth Control: Country Star Trying To Get Pregnant With Husband Eddie Cibrian In 2014
LeAnn Rimes decided to go off birth control on last night's episode of her VH1 reality show.
On the Aug. 21 episode of LeAnn & Eddie, Rimes was seen discussing her possible fertility issues with her mother, and later, with a doctor, before opting to go off of birth control in hopes at conceiving her first child with husband Eddie Cibrian.
"I know we were not planning on having a child right now, but I also do not want to miss what possibly could be my only opportunity to have a child naturally," Rimes explained to Cibrian, according to an Aug. 22 report by the Daily Mail Online. "Who knows how long it will take us to try? If I wait too long I will be more pissed off about not being able to than having it a little too soon."
During her conversation with her mother, Rimes discovers it took 12 years to conceive her -- which immediately causes the 31-year-old to worry. Has she already waited too long to start the process?
After their discussion, Rimes spoke to Cibrian, explaining her desire to go off birth control. Initially, Cibrian, who has two children with ex-wife Brandi Glanville, of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, appeared to be hesitant, but after hearing Rimes' side of things, he agreed with her decision.
"I do want to have a child with LeAnn and if this is a decision we have to make right now because of her fertility then I say we should just do it," he told the cameras.
