Shannon Beador 'RHOC' Season Nine: Star Doesn't Regret Time On Bravo Series
Shannon Beador looked back on her time on The Real Housewives of Orange County's ninth season in a new interview.
Immediately following the finale of the Bravo series' latest season, Beador, who was added to the show earlier this year, opened up about her experience with the other women.
"There is good and there is bad, but the good has definitely outweighed the bad," Beador told Wetpaint Entertainment on Aug. 19. "I don’t want to go through life regretting things. Yeah, there’s been some tough times in the last year or so, but where I am today, I’m in a really good place."
Following the eighth season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Gretchen Rossi and Alexis Bellino were replaced by two new wives, Beador and Lizzie Rovsek. Danielle Gregorio joined the series for season nine, as well. However, midway through the season, reports surfaced, claiming Rovsek hadn't been asked to return to the upcoming tenth season. Beador, on the other hand, was reportedly a hit -- and producers are said to be planning for her return.
Although Beador has taken the good with the bad when it comes to the show, she does regret one particular scene of the series.
Speaking to Wetpaint, Beador admitted to being "shocked" when her alleged friend, Tamra Barney, went public with news of her husband wanting to move out (which he revealed to her via email).
"Tamra decided to bring the email up so I was forced to address it on the show," Beador recalled. "It was something I wasn’t planning on talking about and my ‘good friend’ Tamra said she wouldn’t either, but she decided to change the rules. I think that was the most shocking for me."
The Real Housewives of Orange County season nine reunion airs on Monday at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
