Kail Lowry Marriage: 'Teen Mom 2' Star Admits To Trouble With Husband Javi Marroquin
Kail Lowry's marriage to husband Javi Marroquin isn't perfect.
During filming of the second half of season five of Teen Mom 2, Lowry opened up about her and Marroquin's issues, which became more prevalent after the birth of their son, Lincoln Marshall Marroquin.
“Six months was hard, but I did it,” Lowry told Marroquin in a sneak peek of next week's episode, according to an Aug. 8 report by Radar Online. “I guess the only difference is I have Lincoln this time and nobody around to help me. I might cry one or two times … or every day.”
After giving birth to Lincoln in Nov. 2013, Lowry's husband left town for several months for work. Because he is in the Air Force, Marroquin travels often and, at times, is gone for weeks or more. And while Lowry knew the situation before she and Marroquin wed, nothing could have truly prepared her for life without Marroquin -- especially so soon after the birth of their son.
Although Marroquin eventually returned, he will now be leaving once again and in the upcoming episode, he's seen worrying about what his absence could do to his marriage. Luckily, wife Lowry reassures him that they will be fine.
“Do you think being apart is going to be bad for us?” Marroquin asked.
“No,” Lowry replied. “It’s been a little bit rocky since Lincoln was born. I don’t think it’s anything other couples don’t go through, but I’ll be here holding down the fort.”
