Khloe Kardashian believes her marriage drama with Lamar Odom had a negative impact on Rob.

In a sneak peek at Sunday's new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe is seen discussing Rob's ongoing depression and weight issues with Brody Jenner, and during the conversation, she admits her personal drama with Odom was likely to blame.

“I just have an issue with feeling like the guilt,” Khloe tells Brody, according to July 31 report by Radar Online.

During the time that Khloe and Odom's relationship was falling apart, Rob was living in the home they shared. So, as reports of Odom's drug use and affairs circled the web, Rob was on the sidelines, watching as their marriage crumbled.

“Only Rob, Lamar and I know what happened in the house and what was going on,” Khloé later told the camera. “I’m a nurturer, and I want to protect everyone. I was not there to protect Rob. I was not even there to protect myself.”

After months of reports on Odom's cheating and addiction to drugs, including crack cocaine, a video surfaced of Odom, in which he reportedly admitted to cheating. Less than one month later, on Dec. 13, 2013, Khloe filed for divorce.

Despite Brody's efforts in convincing Khloe that she wasn't responsible for Rob's issues, Khloe continues to struggle with guilty.

Last week, on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe cut her family vacation to Taiwan short in an effort to get home to Rob, who had bailed on the trip days earlier.
