Chelsea Houska Weight Loss: 'Teen Mom 2' Star Drops Pounds With Crossfit
Chelsea Houska is dropping pounds with the help of Crossfit.
After admittedly gaining weight following her breakup from her daughter's father, Adam Lind, the Teen Mom 2 star is back in the gym and eating right, and judging by new photos, her hard work is paying off.
“Chelsea goes to the Metabolic Fitness Center four to five times a week,” a friend told Radar Online of the reality star's workout regimen. “It involves heavy weights and cardio, so it’s definitely more effective. And she loves it!”
After her 2013 split from Lind, Houska let herself go a bit, but once she had time to recover, she quickly got back on track and began focusing on getting healthy and fit.
“She used to want to be skinnier, but now she wants muscles,” a friend said. “She’s not where she wants to be yet, but she’s making progress and won’t be stopping anytime soon!”
As for her relationship with Lind, Houska and her child's father are still on the outs. In the latest development in their ongoing custody case, Houska was reportedly considering having Lind's visitation rights stripped after he allegedly failed to comply with their court-ordered agreement.
While Houska focuses on herself and her daughter, Lind appears to be continuing his run as the bad boy of Teen Mom 2. Although he briefly settled down with his second child's mother, Taylor Halbur, the pair split in May of this year and one month later, Lind went public with his new girlfriend, Jessica Nicole.
