Farrah Abraham Restaurant: 'Teen Mom' Opening Frozen Yogurt Store In Texas
Farrah Abraham is opening her own frozen yogurt store.
Years after initially revealing plans to open a restaurant, Abraham has finally made things official and is planning to open a Froco location in Austin, Texas.
"Can't wait to be on the #Froco #RedCarpet w/ Founder Farrah & Daughter Sophia who loves her popping boba's the most!" read a message posted to Froco's Twitter account, according to a July 9 report by TooFab.
On the company's website, it was revealed that Abraham had planned to open a restaurant concept but changed her mind, instead obtaining the property where Froco will soon be located. Abraham's original plan was to open an Asian fusion restaurant, called F&S Restaurant, in her native Iowa.
Now, she's moving full-steam ahead with her new frozen yogurt location.
"There was a lot to be completed with an unplanned great concept, so the founder of Froco thought about the possibilities to buy into another franchise of the similar sort but then realizing after being excepted to the other growing franchises of the similar sort that their values, their brands weren’t as great as what the founder could live up too [sic]," the brand's website explained.
According to a second report by Starcasm, Abraham's FroCo location is currently under construction and scheduled to open on October 1 on South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas.
In a prior interview with the site, Abraham explained, "It’s my own concept. It’s about having fresh and frozen cuisines and foods at this restaurant. It’s very family friendly."
