Teresa Giudice Fraud Case 2014: Ahead Of Sentencing, Husband Joe Is Hanging With Friends
Teresa Giudice is reportedly upset with her husband, Joe, after he chose to spend time with friends instead of family ahead of their sentencing.
With possible jail sentences looming for them both, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star expected her husband would want to spend as much time as possible with her and their four daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana, but much to her dismay, Joe has been more focused on guy time.
“Teresa feels like Joe should be spending every minute that he can with her and their four girls, but he’s still doing his own thing, doing stuff with the guys and she’s getting really frustrated,” a source close to Teresa told Radar Online. “She doesn’t understand why he can’t just stay home with their girls and with her. She wants to know why he’s ignoring them.”
Teresa Giudice Will Reportedly Dish On Legal Drama In Upcoming Tell-All
In July 2013, the Giudices were indicted on 39 counts of fraud and while they initally plead not guilty, they later changed their plea, opting to own up to their mistakes and move on. However, because of the plea, they could both receive time behind bars, Teresa up to two years and Joe up to four.
“She knows that they just have DAYS left with Joe and the fact that he wants to spend time away from her and the girls is heartbreaking for Teresa,” the source explained.
As Joe spends time with friends, Teresa has continued on with her career duties, including filming on her Bravo series, The Real Housewives of New Jersey (season six premieres on July 13 at 8 p.m.), and her many appearances.
Teresa and Joe Giudice are due in court on July 8 for sentencing.
