Jenelle Evans Divorce 2014: 'Teen Mom 2' Star Appears In Court With Husband Courtland Rogers

Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers are reportedly heading to court to address their impending divorce.

On Tuesday, the Teen Mom 2 star and her husband, Rogers, were due in court were their divorce would be discussed, but according to a recent tweet by Rogers, the divorce isn't going to happen anytime soon.

“Jenelle has to show up on Tuesday,” a source close to Evans told Radar Online. “She and Courtland haven’t spoken to each other so if he shows up there is no telling what is going to happen.”

After getting married in Dec. 2012 after three months of dating, Evans and Rogers embarked on quite the dramatic relationship. One month after the marriage, they announced they were expecting, but two weeks after that, Evans miscarried, and they went their separate ways. However, by March, Evans and Rogers were back together and giving their marriage another shot—but it didn't last and in April 2013, following a joint arrest for heroin possession and assault, they separated once again.

Now, as they are due in court, Rogers is facing not only a divorce but also time behind bars in regard to another case against him. Following a missed court date on Monday in a case involving Evans' sister, Ashleigh Evans Wilson, a warrant was placed for Rogers' arrest. So, if he does appear, he will likely be put in jail.

Either way, it doesn't look like Evans, who is currently pregnant, will be divorced before welcoming her second child later this month.

Prior to Tuesday, Rogers sent out a tweet, claiming that he won't be signing anything until next month.

In the now-deleted tweet, he told fans, "Damn so my divorce lawyer is in the Bahamas until July 11th... She said to sign nothing until she gets back ... Soooo I guess that means..."
