Behati Prinsloo Diet: Victoria's Secret Model Reveals Daily Food Plan
Behati Prinsloo has revealed her daily diet routine.
As one of Victoria's Secret's Angels, Prinsloo makes a living off of staying healthy and in shape, and in a new interview, she dished on what she eats daily.
"I go for quick and easy foods, but that doesn't mean fast food," Prinsloo revealed to PEOPLE Magazine of her typical eating routine. "I live in New York City and there are many organic options that are grab and go."
Since being discovered by Storm Model Management founder Sarah Doukas (who also discovered Kate Moss) at the age of 16, Prinsloo has walked in fashion shows for Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Zac Posen, MaxMara, Lacoste and Miu Miu, and been on the covers of Vogue, Mexican GQ, Italy's Muse, Russian Vogue, Mexican Vogue, Spanish Vogue, Italian Elle, and many more.
In 2007, Prinsloo began working for Victoria's Secret, starring in their fashion show and in several ad campaigns. In 2009, she became an official Victoria's Secret Angel.
Currently, she is the face of Pepe Jeans' Spring/Summer 2014 collection.

BREAKFAST
One Lucky Duck Vanilla Crispies cereal with almond milk
LUNCH
5-oz. grilled chicken breast added to an Organic Avenue kale quinoa salad
SNACK
Handful of raw and organic almonds, pumpkin seeds and goldenberries from One Lucky Duck
DINNER
6 pieces tuna and salmon sashimi and sushi with brown rice, no soy sauce
In addition to the foods listed above, Prinsloo drinks 2-3 liters of water and 8 ounces of Harmless Harvest coconut water.
