Andy Dick was reportedly kicked out of the live Dancing With The Stars finale on Tuesday night.

After starring in season 17, the comedian was invited back to the set of the ABC dancing competition to watch as the season 18 winner was chosen. However, Dick, 48, was forced to leave the event because of his allegedly drunken behavior before Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis were awarded with the Mirror Ball Trophy.

"He got kicked out of the taping because he seemed drunk," an insider revealed to Life & Style on May 21. "He was kicking the chairs and making noises. Security needed to escort him out."

After years of struggling with addiction, Dick signed on to be a part of the Dancing With The Stars cast in 2013, and during the show, proclaimed he was sober. Unfortunately, things for Dick appeared to take a turn for the worse earlier this year. In March, a disheveled-looking Dick was photographed at a Los Angeles 7-11, where he reportedly announced that he was "too drunk to grab an egg-salad sandwich."

Since 1999, Dick has continuously made headlines for his outrageous behavior. In 1999, Dick was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana after driving his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood, Calif. After completing a court-ordered rehab, those charges were dropped. In May 2004, Dick was arrested again, this time for possession of marijuana. Four years later, Dick was found to be in possession of marijuana and Xanax after reportedly pulling down the top of a 17-year-old girl. At the time, he was booked on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Dick's antics only got worse from then on, with several more incidents resulting in arrests, the most recent of which took place in 2011, when Dick was arrested for a misdemeanor of public intoxication in Temecula, Calif.
