Emily Blunt gave birth in February, but in looking at her, no one would ever know.

After welcoming daughter Hazel on Feb. 16, 2014, Blunt quickly shed the extra pounds, and in a recent interview on The Ellen Degeneres Show, the actress and wife of John Krasinski is opening up about her weight loss secret.

"I don't know if other mothers had this, but I have found breastfeeding to be the thing," Blunt explained to Degeneres, according to an E! News report. "My boobs also thought I had 12 children," she added.

Before welcoming Hazel, Blunt and Krasinski had been together for nearly six years. The pair began dating in Nov. 2008 and became engaged in Aug. 2009. On July 10, 2010, they were married in a private, outdoor ceremony in Como, Italy, near the home of fellow actor, George Clooney.

Recalling the moment when her breast milk came in, Blunt said, "It was like 3 in the morning and John woke up to me it was like something out of a horror movie. He said he just saw me creeping up to the bathroom...and he just saw my back."

Ever since, Blunt has been producing what she referred to as "a lot of milk," and it has helped her get her body back after baby.

Also this week, Blunt's husband released the first photo of their daughter Hazel on Twitter, explaining to fans that all baby photos should be shared by the child's mom and dad -- and that he supports the "No Kids Policy" when it comes to media.
