Snooki's Baby Gender Reveal: Find Out What Nicole Polizzi Is Having -- Boy Or Girl?
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and her fiance Jionni LaValle recently announced the gender of their second child.
In a YouTube posted on Thursday, Polizzi is seen holding her son, Lorenzo Dominic LaValle, as her her fiance surprises her with the news of their child's gender.
“Oh, my goodness! We’re having a girl!” Polizzi, 26, exclaimed in the video, posted online by Life & Style, at the sight of pink balloons. Then, her excitement turned to panic at the thought of having a daughter. “Oh, God, kill me. We’re having a girl.”
Polizzi and LaValle first announced that they were having a second child in early April, telling Us Weekly they had been trying to give their son a sibling since Nov. 2013. Days later, Polizzi spoke to the magazine for a second time, admitting that she was hoping for a second son.
"I'm not ready to have a miniature me," she explained. "I don't need a diva telling me what to do. I'm not ready for that."
Although Polizzi may not have preferred a girl, she insisted that she and LaValle would be "very, very happy" to be blessed with another healthy baby.
Prior to finding out that she was pregnant for a second time, Polizzi and LaValle scheduled a fall wedding, which was to take place in Oct. 2014, and while welcoming their second child just one month beforehand is sure to present its challenges, she recently confirmed that she and LaValle have no plans to postpone the upcoming ceremony.
“We are having a little girl. And I don’t know how I feel about it. I’m terrified, but we’re really, really excited,” Polizzi added.
