Jenny McCarthy And Donnie Wahlberg Wedding: Will The Couple Elope?
Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg are planning for their upcoming wedding and according to a new report, they may elope.
Although the pair, who became engaged last month, have been back and forth when it comes to their wedding planning, Wahlberg prefers to keep things on the smaller side.
"I'd like a small wedding," Wahlberg told Us Weekly during a recent event. "A perfect wedding for me would be Jenny, myself, and our three boys."
This marriage will be the second for both McCarthy, 41, who was married to John Asher from 1999 to 2005, and Wahlberg, 44, who was married to Kim Fey froom 1999 to 2008.
McCarthy has one son from her relationship with Asher, Evan Joseph, born on May 18, 2002, and Wahlberg has two sons with Fey, Xavier Alexander Wahlberg, born March 4, 1993, and Elijah Hendrix Wahlberg, born August 20, 2001.
When asked about the possibility of eloping, McCarthy smiled and revealed that she and Wahlberg would likely get married either this year or next year. However, when it comes to their wedding's location, the pair are still unsure.
"We haven't decided yet. It depends on the day," McCarthy said. "We like the idea of getting away on a vacation, but we also like the idea of keeping it local."
For McCarthy, local means Chicago, where she was raised. Wahlberg, on the other hand, calls Boston home. But either way, Wahlberg is thrilled to be marrying McCarthy and will be happy to do so wherever they decide.
"As long as she's there, I'm there," Wahlberg said.
