Chelsea Houska Weight Loss: Find Out How The 'Teen Mom 2' Star Slimmed Down

A Chelsea Houska source is revealing the Teen Mom 2 star's weight loss secrets.

In her latest Instagram photos, Houska is looking to be much slimmer than fans have seen on the hit MTV show, which follows her life as a young mother, and now, fans are finding out how she got her new body.

“Chelsea goes to the gym 4-5 times a week,” a friend of Houska's told Radar Online on April 30. “She loves kickboxing, cardio, and weight-lifting. She gets her butt kicked every time, but in a good way!”

For the last year, Houska has been trying different things in an effort to slim down. In May 2014, Houska revealed that she was following a strict diet and before and after photos appeared to show a drastic change. Then, in Jan. 2014, after losing even more weight, Houska opened up about how her ex-boyfriend, Adam Lind, prompted the change.

"After I got over the Adam thing I was like, wait a second — I have not been taking care of myself. I didn't feel good," Houska revealed to Wetpaint Entertainment. "I was just like, I want to focus on myself, I want to feel good about myself. This season I was like, I'm just gonna do me."

Along with Houska's fitness regimen, the Teen Mom 2 star has also stuck with her diet -- and encouraged her four-year-old daughter, Aubree, to eat healthier, too. In the mornings, Houska makes a vegetable juice and throughout the day, she continues to eat healthy cooking nutritious meals for both herself and for Aubree.
