'Teen Mom' Stars Catelynn Lowell And Tyler Baltierra Are Trying To Have A Baby
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are reportedly ready to become parents.
After going through an emotional adoption on 16 & Pregnant, Lowell and Baltierra have grown up and stabilized their home and career, and are now looking forward to raising a child together.
"I would've felt guilty if I got pregnant again when Carly was 1 or 2. But we've both been yearning for this," Catelynn told In Touch Weekly on April 23, adding that she went off birth control three months ago. "We're ready to have a baby!"
After giving birth to daughter Carly as a young teen, Lowell and her boyfriend Baltierra realized that their lives weren't yet suitable for a child and chose adoption. At the time, Lowell and Baltierra were not just young, they were also jobless and living in a home with parents struggling with drug abuse. The circumstances were far from ideal for any child, and although it was tough to go through the process of adoption, they knew they were doing the right thing for Carly and stuck to their guns.
Nowadays, Lowell and Baltierra are both working full-time jobs, caring for developmentally disabled adults, and living together in Michigan.
"Tyler and I own our own home, have two cars and actually have money to support a kid," Lowell added. "We have no doubt that raising a child will be hard. But I know we're going to be really great parents."
