Lindsay Lohan 2014 Miscarriage: Actress Lost Baby After Dating Matt Nordgren
Lindsay Lohan admitted to a secret pregnancy on Sunday's finale of her reality show.
On the April 20th episode of OWN Network's Lindsay, Lohan revealed she had suffered a miscarriage during filming, leading to her taking a break during filming.
“No one knows this — and we can finish after this — I had a miscarriage for those two weeks that I took off,” Lohan said of her refusal to film for weeks during production, according to Starcasm. “It was a very long story, but that’s why on the show when it says ‘she doesn’t want to come down, she doesn’t want to come down,’ I couldn’t move."
In July 2013, it was announced that Lohan had made a deal with Oprah to appear in an interview and docuseries. One month later, filming began.
Around that same time, it was reported that Lohan was in a relationship with Matt Nordgren, and on Sept. 11, 2013, Lohan shared a photo of herself and Nordgren enjoying what looked like a double date on her Instagram page. Days later, a source close to Nordgren spoke to Page Six, claiming the pair were officially a couple. However, the relationship didn't last, and on Sept. 25, Us Weekly reported the pair had split, claiming their hectic schedules were to blame.
Of the miscarriage, Lohan added, "I was sick, and mentally that messes with you.”
On the show, Lohan did not reveal details about who had fathered the child.
