How Does Bella Thorne Stay Thin? She Claims She Doesn't Work Out
Bella Thorne doesn't have to work out to stay in shape.
Over the weekend, Thorne appeared on the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards, and during her appareance, the Shake It Up star revealed how she stays in such great shape.
"Between the film, the album and the book series, I'm not working out now," Thorne told Us Weekly of her fitness regimen. However, just because she's busy doesn't mean she isn't active. "I get my workout running around," she added of her hectic career.
Currently, Thorne has a whopping four movies in post-production, including Blended, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, Big Sky and Home Invasion (on the set of which Thorne endured a handful of injuries). She is also working on her debut, self-titled album, Bella Thorne, which is due out this summer, according to reports, but has yet to be given an official release date.
So, since she can't spend her days on the treadmill and lifting weights, Thorne, who admits to being "so lazy," keeps close tabs on what she is putting in her body.
"I eat a lot, but I also watch what I eat and snack throughout the day," she explained.
Thorne also spends a lot of time dancing, which is a great way to burn calories while also having a good time -- and in Thorne's case, working.
