'True Tori' Sneak Peek: Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott Discuss Cheating Scandal During Counseling Session (Video)
Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott comes clean about his cheating during her upcoming Lifetime reality show, True Tori.
In a sneak peek at the 6-episode documentary, McDermott is seen admitting to his infidelities during a counseling session.
"That's my worst nightmare [that] I cheated on my wife," McDermott, 47, explained to their counselor in the clip. "I was out of control. Sex was an escape, just like drugs or alcohol."
In Dec. 2013, after seven years of marriage, it was reported that McDermott had slept with a 26-year-old woman in Canada, whom he met through mutual friends. In an interview with Us Weekly, the woman, Emily Goodhand, claimed she and McDermott had sex in a hotel room in Toronto, and alleged McDermott had told her he and Spelling had a "sexless marriage."
One month after the report surfaced, McDermott entered rehab to address what he referred to as "health and personal issues."
"I'm really mad," Spelling said in the sneak peek, still talking to their counselor. "I can never give him enough sex. He's never going to be happy with just me."
During another scene, McDermott, seemingly confused, asks Spelling, "You don't think you deserve me?"
On March 31, 2014, when True Tori was first announced, it was said that the series would document the lives of Spelling and McDermott as they attempt to mend their marriage after McDermott leaves treatment. It was also said that Spelling would make a decision on whether or not she will stay with McDermott during the show.
True Tori debuts on Lifetime on April 22.
