Jennifer Love Hewitt Struggles To Lose Her Baby Weight: "It Gets You Down Sometimes"
Jennifer Love Hewitt is struggling to get back to her pre-baby body.
Five months after giving birth to daughter Autumn, the former Party Of Five actress has admitted that everything hasn't yet returned to normal when it comes to her figure.
"It's hard, it's really hard," Hewitt told E! News exclusively of her post-pregnancy body.
After giving birth to Autumn on Nov. 26, 2014, Hewitt wasn't sure where she was going to end up, weight-wise, nor was she certain how she was going to feel. However, now that she's a new mom, Hewitt said she's feeling good and enjoying being honest about her struggles to lose the remaining pounds.
"I'm still in a lot of my pregnancy clothes and there is just where I feel good right now," she said. "Everything hasn't returned back to where I want it to be and put on my other clothes and feel good about that."
Still, Hewitt is remaining focused on her daughter and letting everything else happen naturally -- regardless of how frustrating that may be.
"You have to eat to feed to your baby. And I have a girl so I want her to see some day why her mom has good self-esteem and good body issues," Hewitt explained. "It gets you down sometimes, I'm not going to lie. I've had days where I'm like, 'Ugh, I wish this was easier.' But it's not, and that's OK."
