Christina Aguilera And Fiance Matthew Rutler Are Expecting A Baby Girl
Christina Aguilera will soon add a baby girl to her family.
Last month, news broke that the 33-year-old pop star and her film producer fiance, Matthew Rutler, were expecting, and now, sources confirm that their child is a girl.
"One of each! Christina Aguilera is expecting a baby girl with fiance Matt Rutler," Us Weekly announced on Saturday after sources confirmed the news.
Aguilera and Rutler met on the set of her 2010 film, Burlesque. At the time, Aguilera was going through a nasty divorce with her ex-husband, Jordan Bratman, whom she was married to from Nov. 2005 to Oct. 2010.
After her divorce from Bratman was finalized on Valentine's Day of 2011, Aguilera and Rutler began dating. On Valentine's Day of 2014, they became engaged.
Aguilera and Rutler's baby girl will join her first child, son Max, 6, from her previous relationship with Bratman.
Following Aguilera and Rutler's baby announcement in Feb. 2014, a source told Us Weekly the pregnancy "wasn't expected, but it also wasn't unwelcome. They are all very excited though! Christina loves being a mom."
"They just want a healthy baby," the source added.
