Miranda Kerr Wants Rosie Huntington-Whiteley To Dump Jason Statham If He Doesn't Propose
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wants to settle down with longtime boyfriend Jason Statham, and according to reports, she's ready to walk if he doesn't propose.
Driven by her close friend, Miranda Kerr, Huntington-Whiteley is focused on heading to the altar and has given Statham a marriage ultimatum.
“Rosie and Jason have had many ups and downs in their relationship, but the supermodel has begun to lay down the law that if Jason doesn’t start getting serious about getting married, she will leave him,” a source revealed to Radar Online on March 17. “But the ultimatum idea didn’t come from Rosie herself but her close pal and ‘mentor Miranda!”
Huntington-Whiteley, 26, began dating Statham, 46, in 2010 following a two-year relationship with Tyrone Wood, the son of Rolling Stones' Ronnie Wood. Prior to that, she dated Halle Berry's current husband, Olivier Martinez. And although she is still young and has plenty of years ahead, Kerr, 30, feels Statham needs to take their relationship to the next level -- and fast.
“After Rosie and Jason have spent four years together, Miranda would like to see her get married. She only wants the best for her friend, so she’s urging her to give Jason some tough love,” the source explained. “Miranda has been bragging to other friends in recent weeks that she is steering Rosie in the right direction by advising her to leave Jason if he doesn't propose before the summer."
Before his relationship with Huntington-Whiteley, Statham was involved in a seven-year relationship with model Kelly Brook, which ended in heartbreak. After several years together, Brook left Statham for actor Billy Zane, whom she met on the set of Survival Island.
As for Kerr, she's dealt with her fair share of heartbreak as well. She and husband Orlando Bloom announced their separation in Oct. 2013 after three years of marriage and one child, Flynn, 3.
