Stacy Keibler Takes Husband Jared Pobre's Last Name, Reveals Plans To Start A Family
Stacy Keibler and Jared Pobre are loving life as newlyweds, gushing all about their relationship and revealing plans to start a family.
In a new interview with PEOPLE Magazine, Keibler and Pobre spoke candidly about taking their longtime friendship to a romantic level and where they see themselves in the future.
"I'm Stacy Pobre now!" Keibler announced the magazine.
On March 8, 2014, Keibler and Pobre, who is CEO of Future Ads (a successful digital media platform for online advertising, app distribution and gaming monetization -- and one of the fastest-growing companies in the country), tied the knot surrounded by friends and family in Mexico.
Although they didn't begin dating until fall 2013, just months after Keibler parted ways with George Clooney, whom she had been dating since July 2011, they both quickly realized they had found the one, and wasted no time getting hitched.
"We'd been friends for years but something profoundly different happened between us that I had never felt before," Keibler, 34, explained. "Quite simply, it was just magic and that's when I knew."
"There was something unique I had never experienced before," Pobre, 39, added of his new wife. "What makes me so happy with Stacy is her positive energy - it's contagious and she makes everyone around her in a good mood."
While Keibler had previously claimed she was not interested in children "at all," now that she is married to Pobre, who she said has "a real sense of proper values," things have changed, and kids are very much on her and Pobre's radar.
Pobre gushed, "I'm extremely excited about starting a family one day and building a future with Stacy doing the things we enjoy such as travel, shared hobbies and our passion for cooking."
