Kendra Wilkinson is currently pregnant with her second child, and according to the former Girls Next Door star, this baby will be her last.

"I'm trying to tie my tubes!" Wilkinson revealed to Life & Style on Feb. 20. Unfortunately, her doctors aren't exactly on board with the plan and feel that she is too young to be making such a drastic decision.

"My doctors say I'm too young," Wilkinson explained, adding that her decision had been made. "I am extremely done; I want no more! This pregnancy has been a lot harder than my Li' Hank's."

While this pregnancy may be harder for Wilkinson, she's in a much healthier place than she was during her first pregnancy.

"I went from being completely unhealthy the first time, and this time, I'm considering vegan!" she said.

During her first pregnancy, Wilkinson admittedly indulged and after giving birth, the pounds weren't dropping off as quickly as she hoped. As a result, she placed herself on a strict diet and exercise plan to get her body back in shape. Then, when she found out that she was pregnant with baby no. 2, Wilkinson vowed to be healthier throughout her pregnancy and avoid adding any unnecessary weight.

"I got it by the balls! I have full control now," Wilkinson said of her pregnancy in Nov. 2013. "First time around I'm like, 'I'm a skinny person, I'm going to get back right away.' Oh no. I learned a lot from my first one. I'm working out everyday; doing anything I can to control this time around."

Wilkinson and her husband Hank Baskett III are expecting their second child, a girl, in late spring. They are also parents to 4-year-old Hank Basket IV.
