Justin Bieber Will Be Deposed In Miami Regarding His Bodyguard's Alleged Attack On Photographer

Justin Bieber has found himself in even more legal drama. After his DUI case in Miami, his assault case in Toronto, and a vandalism case in Los Angeles, Bieber is now being deposed and questioned regarding a 2013 incident in Miami in which Bieber is accused of instructing his body guard to attack a photographer and steal his film card.

Lawyers representing photographer Jeffrey Binion, who was reportedly attacked by Bieber's body guard, will be appearing in court with Bieber at an upcoming deposition in which they will ask him about the incident as well as other incidents involving Bieber and the behavior of his security team.

According to documents filed in Miami, Bieber's lawyers attempted to block the deposition but were unsuccessful.

"Miami Judge Sarah Zabel initially denied Bieber's request to stop Binion's lawyers from deposing him and asking questions about other incidents involving him and his varied bodyguards' aggressive behavior," a source revealed to PEOPLE Magazine on Feb. 18. "Although Beiber's lawyers appealed the judge's rulings, the appeal was denied. Bieber can no longer hide. Binion's lawyers are waiting for a deposition date to be set in Miami."

In response to the news of the deposition, Bieber's attorney, Howard Weitzman, told PEOPLE, "The Binion lawsuit is totally without merit, as are the recent Miami DUI and Toronto assault cases where Justin has been wrongfully accused. These cases are all in the early stages of [legal procedure]. We choose to litigate them trough the courts instead of the media."

Last month, after being pulled over in Miami after allegedly drag racing with friends, Bieber was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and driving without a valid driver's license. On Wed., Feb. 19, a status report hearing will be held in regard to the case.

Bieber is also due in court on Mar. 10, where he will address the Toronto incident in which he is accused of assaulting a limo driver in the early morning hours of Dec. 30 after leaving a nightclub.
