The production company behind Bethenny Frankel's talk show has confirmed that Bethenny has been canceled and will not return to FOX for a second season.

"We are incredibly proud of the creativity, passion, and professionalism Bethenny and her staff brought to daytime each and every day and look forward to finishing out the season with more great original episodes," a Feb. 14 statement from Telepictures to Us Weekly read. "While we are disappointed not to be able to bring the series back for a second season, we remain convinced that she has a unique voice and that she will continue to be successful in the future."

After capturing the hearts of fans around the country on The Real Housewives of New York, on which she appeared from 2008 to 2010, Frankel went on to star in her own spinoff shows, Bethenny Getting Married? and Bethenny Ever After..., which followed her relationship, marriage, and the beginning of her family with her now-estranged husband Jason Hoppy.

Following her spinoff run, Frankel teamed up with longtime friend Ellen DeGeneres and launched Frankel's talk show, Bethenny. The series debuted as a summer test run on June 11, 2012, and premiered nationwide on September 9, 2013. Throughout its run, Bethenny received a 0.9 rating and ranked at #14 in the talk show genre.

In response to the show's cancelation, Frankel has released a statement, also to Us Weekly.

"I had a blast doing this show with Telepictures," Frankel said of the news. "My entire staff worked so hard and made everyday so much fun. I am thankful for the experience and for all of my fans who tuned in every day."
