Stassi Schroeder Confirms She No Longer Works At SUR Lounge, Says There's No 'Vanderpump Rules' Season Three
It's hard to imagine Vanderpump Rules without Stassi Schroeder, but fans may soon have to.
In a new interview with Hollywood Life, Schroeder has confirmed that she is no longer working at SUR Lounge, where the Bravo reality show is shot, and has actually moved out of state.
When Hollywood Life's Andy Swift asked if it was true that the people she was working with at SUR were all "garbage," Schroeder agreed, explaining, "This is why I don't work there anymore."
Now living in New York City with her boyfriend Patrick Meagher, Schroeder says she's glad to be done with all of the drama of SUR.
"I just realized that my life was just so toxic," Schroeder explained. "Like, everything was so toxic. No one was a good friend, besides Katie, obviously. I just needed to take myself out of that environment. I can't be a waitress forever. Come on, eventually we were all going to start moving on."
On Jan. 12, Jax Taylor, the former boyfriend of Schroeder (who was revealed in the finale episode to have had sex with her former best friend, Kristen Doute), tweeted to fans, revealing that the show would be returning for a third season. "Pump Rules will be back just a lot has changed!!!" he had written. "For the better though."
Although the tweet seems to go along with Schroeder's news that she is done with SUR and possibly the series as well, he later stated, "We are all back."
Still, Schroeder says otherwise.
"We don't even have a season three," she told Hollywood Life. And when Swift asked her if she would return if it were to happen, Schroeder explained, "I don't talk to anyone except for Katie and Tom Schwartz. I don't know what I would do. Like, who would I talk to? I have nothing left to give."
